Delivery Method:
Alwaysgraceful.com.au will ship your order via Express Post or Star Track Express Couriers. You will be able to make your choice during the Checkout process. A residential address must be supplied and orders placed to PO BOX numbers will not be processed.
Delivery Time :
Delivery will usually take place between 1-2 business days of receiving cleared payments.
Christmas/New Year Orders 2009: Last day for guaranteed Christmas delivery is 17th December 2009. (21st December 2009 for QLD addresses). Due to expected Australia Post delivery interuptions we suggest selecting the Star Track Delivery Method during the check out process during this time. Orders received between 24th December and 28th December will be shipped on 29th December 2009. Orders received 1st, 2nd and 3rd January 2010 will be shipped on 4th January 2010.
Delivery Costs:
Your items will be delivered via Express Post or Star Track Express Couriers direct to your door. We reccommed the courier option to ensure your purchases arrive to you safely and securely. The delivery status is fully trackable via your alwaysgraceful.com.au order confirmation.
Delivery costs range from $10.00 for Express Post to $14.30 for Courier delivery. The Delivery Costs will automatically be added to your order at time of checkout.
General Notes for Delivery:
The Delivery Time and Costs as listed above are for delivery to suburban Australian Addresses that are included in the delivery network of the designated courier. Delivery times may vary for remote areas. Delivery by courier is during Business Hours, Monday to Friday.

Returns
Grace Designer Jewellery:
We offer a 14 Day return policy on all unengraved, non-resized and unworn items in their original condition. Please contact us to discuss options of repair, replacement, refund, exchange or credit for the product depending on its availability. All refunds will have our cost of shipping/delivery deducted.
Each item purchased at full price within the Grace Designer Jewellery range carries a 90 day warranty, from the date of delivery, against faulty workmanship. In the unlikely event that your jewellery develops a defect through faulty workmanshp, this guarantee is valid providing the item is returned to Alwaysgraceful, along with a copy of the receipt of purchase and the warranty card you received with your jewellery item. This warranty does not cover postage costs.
No claim will be honoured if the jewellery or fashion accessory has been exposed to any of the following: Engraving, Chloring, Perfume, Hairspray, Salt Water or General Wear and Tear. Broken Chains are not replaced after the product has been worn. Chains can be caught and pulled so it does not get covered by "Manufacturing Fault"
Discolouration or colour worn in the Gold or Rhodium Plating is not covered by Warranty for in almost all cases it is due to acidity of the skin, or the jewellery item not being cared for correctly. Each piece of jewellery should be wiped with a soft cloth after wearing and kept in its box or pouch. Please see "Care Instructions" for further information on how to care for your jewellery.
Grace Skincare and Cosmetics:
Unfortunately, the return policy will not apply for opened Grace cosmetics/skincare products due to health and safety reasons.
